Growing up in a small town, my parents taught me the value of hard work, from planting organic produce to being a 12-year-old beekeeper. Sports came next — I signed up to run professionally, only for the club to shut down 2 weeks later (My wife still 😂 about my ‘pro career’).

Eventually, I started a career in tech after earning a master’s degree in Ethical Hacking, but my real drive was cracking the secret codes (pun intended) of mental and physical resilience.
