Customers can cancel their subscription at any time inside their member portal and follow the cancellation process. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be made before the renewal date.

You get charged just before the order dispatch. The order goes straight into fulfilment and can not be cancelled or modified at that stage.

Kindly allow sufficient time to try Bioflow for 2-3 months. Benefits build with daily use, as the body gets used to the nutrients, as opposed to caffeine infused drinks, which build tolerance. 

Customers will not be charged any further fees or receive additional shipments once the subscription is canceled.

First Order - Risk Free

Your first delivery is always completely risk free.

Not loving it? No problem. You can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

You don’t need to ship anything back. Try it with zero hassle.

Second Order (and beyond)

Starting from your second delivery, our policy changes slightly:

You can still cancel your subscription anytime in 2 clicks.

You can still get a refund for your order, but you’ll need to return the products to us unopened.

Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive the products back, we’ll process your order refund.

We make it crystal clear that Bioflow is a recurring subscription: on the product page, then a dedicated “how it works” page, then at checkout, then in your order confirmation email, a reminder email 2 days before renewal and even in the leaflet inside your first kit.

We’ve done everything short of hiring a skywriter to remind you.

So: first time, try us totally risk free. After that, we’ll still refund you if it’s not for you. But you’ll need to ship back unused. Fair? We think so.
