Ingredients

1 scoop - Deep Focus Brew

240ml warm milk of choice
- 40ml - hot water
- 1 tablespoon - homemade apple brown sugar syrup

caramel sauce
Directions

Add a flat scoop (10g) of Bioflow Deep Focus Brew to a cup

Pour in 40ml of hot water
- In another cup, add the apple brown sugar syrup

Pour 200ml of hot (~55 °C) milk
- Froth well
- Add the mushroom blend on top

Top it off with caramel drizzle.
Extra: homemade apple brown sugar syrup
To a medium sized pot add the following:
- 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 Chipped Green Apple
- 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 cup of water
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and add in the and let the syrup cool down fully then strain and add to a mason jar, or syrup bottle.
