Apple Crisp 'Latte'

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop - Deep Focus Brew
  • 240ml warm milk of choice
  • 40ml - hot water
  • 1 tablespoon - homemade apple brown sugar syrup
  • caramel sauce

Directions

  1. Add a flat scoop (10g) of Bioflow Deep Focus Brew to a cup
  2. Pour in 40ml of hot water
  3. In another cup, add the apple brown sugar syrup
  4. Pour 200ml of hot (~55 °C) milk
  5. Froth well
  6. Add the mushroom blend on top
  7. Top it off with caramel drizzle.

Extra: homemade apple brown sugar syrup

To a medium sized pot add the following:

  • 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Chipped Green Apple
  • 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 cup of water

Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and add in the and let the syrup cool down fully then strain and add to a mason jar, or syrup bottle.
