Peanut Butter Yogurt for Immune Support

  • Servings: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Bioflow’s Deep Focus Blend
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Handful crushed hazelnuts (can also replace with pecans or almonds)
  • 35g chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • Fresh raspberries (can use any fruit of choice here)
  • Drizzle of maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix coconut yogurt and the Deep Focus Mushroom Blend well.
  2. Heat or froth your milk of choice, then pour it over the coffee base, stirring gently to incorporate the milk.
  3. Layer with peanut butter, crushed hazelnuts, chia seeds and berries.
  4. Top with cacao nibs and a drizzle of syrup.
  5. Put in the fridge for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  6. Enjoy right after taking out of the fridge.
