Creamy almond latte

So, how should you actually use almond extract in coffee? You can add a splash to your black coffee, but we prefer a delicious and creamy almond latte. And, because we’re just generous like that, we’ve shared our go-to almond latte recipe below. 

Creamy almond latte
  • Prep Time: 6 minutes
  • Total Time: 6 minutes
  • Servings: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of hot water
  • 1 tbsp Deep Focus Mushroom Blend
  • 1/2 tsp pure almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk (almond, oat, or dairy — your call)
  • Optional sweetener (1 tbsp brown sugar or agave syrup)
  • Optional toppings (whipped cream, toasted almond slivers, a dash of cinnamon)

Directions

  1. Combine hot water and Mushroom Coffee+ to create a rich concentrate.
  2. Stir in almond and vanilla extracts. 
  3. Add optional sweetener.
  4. Steam and froth your milk to creamy perfection.
  5. Pour the milk into your coffee. Hold back the foam, then spoon it on top.
  6. Fancy it up with toppings to create a truly luxurious treat.
